Blodmåne

Blodmåne (Blood Moon): a red moon rises over a dark shore, seen through the black branches of a weeping willow tree. Its light breaks into a column of red, gold and white on the water, the only bright strokes in a night of deep blues and blacks.

The darkness is built up in thick, uneven layers, while the reflection is laid on in short, heavy dabs that catch the light.
